Chorwacka 33/42, 51-107 Wrocław, Poland, tax number (NIP) 8952195742, EU VAT number PL8952195742, business register number (REGON) 381626230, entered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), "ENSOMEDIA" or "we" below.

Send complaints about the service to support@shieldwave.io. The rules and time limits are in the Terms of Service.

A complaint about personal data can be lodged with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa, Poland. For complaints about AI see AI in ShieldWave.

A consumer may use out-of-court means of handling complaints and pursuing claims, for example by turning to the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Inspector of Trade Inspection in Wrocław (Dolnośląski Wojewódzki Inspektor Inspekcji Handlowej) or to a consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów); a list of such bodies is at https://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.

5. Point of contact under the Digital Services Act

The single point of contact under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act) is support@shieldwave.io. It serves the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11), and the recipients of the service (Article 12). You can write to us in English or in Polish. Messages are read and answered by a person, not only by automated tools.

6. Reporting illegal content

ShieldWave stores content that customers add, such as names, logos and contact details in reports with their own logo, names of sites and webhook addresses. If you believe any of it is illegal, write to support@shieldwave.io with "Illegal content" in the subject line and give:

  1. an explanation of why you believe the content is illegal;
  2. the exact location: the URL or, where there is none, other details that let us find the content;
  3. your name and e-mail address, unless the report concerns offences related to the sexual abuse of children (Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU);
  4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the information and allegations in the report are accurate and complete.

We confirm receipt without undue delay, handle the report carefully and objectively, and tell you our decision and the available means of redress. If we remove or restrict the content, we give the customer who added it a statement of reasons. If the content suggests an offence that threatens the life or safety of people, we inform the law enforcement authorities.

Editorial responsibility for the blog and the studies published on shieldwave.io lies with ENSOMEDIA Radosław Fedorczuk. The texts are written with the help of AI. Before publication a person checks them, including their facts (see AI in ShieldWave).
